Product's features
All the features and the pricelists of the products are available in the on-line catalogue. It will be possible to check them at any time during the order, before the contract closing.
- All the prices are Italian VAT included.. (exclud B2B)
The producer/supplier is the responsible of all the product's technical description. He gives to NewRoad s.a.s. all the information requested to identify each product.
Time and validity of the offer
The offer conditions for each product are those you can find in the on line catalogue doing the order, before the contract closing.
With the exception of the ongoing orders, NewRoad s.a.s. can change at any time and without notice the offer conditions.
Closing order
The order sent will be binding for NewRoad s.a.s. only when the customer will receive the confirmation by e-mail with the status "Confirmed" (Confermato).
Possible status are:

Hanging on (In Attesa): the order is completed by the customer and the Staff of ProseccoRoad.com is checking the payment;

Confirmed (Confermato): the order has been controlled (the payment is done) and approved by the Staff of ProseccoRoad.com;

Shipped (Spedito): the order has been sent with the courier chosen by ProseccoRoad.com (starting from now ProseccoRoad is not responsible about shipping late);

Cancelled (Cancellato): the Staff of ProseccoRoad decided to not accept the order;
-
Refunded (Rimborsato): only when the client request a refund of the order done (the cost of the currier are excluded from the refund).
